Leon completed his early education at St. Augustine’s College in Nassau, Bahamas and graduated from Fisk University in Nashville, Tennessee. He has done graduate work in “Community Economic Development” at Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester, New Hampshire and is also a certified Community Association Manager. Leon has a diverse background in the arts and sciences, having attained a degree in the sciences, worked in the technology field and in the tourism, cultural development, and cultural commerce industries.
